The best thing about John McCain's pick of Sarah Palin to be his running mate is that it's further showing how ridiculously lame is the whole republican party.
McCain could be embracing a plastic blowup doll or a paper weight and Republican leaders and pundits would still be gushing over what a great choice he's made.
